In todays society there are more and more expectations for everyone to work harder and be more productive. Our own ideas and personal creativity are often pushed aside and left at bay. Therefore it´s not always clear, what we are missing. Ourselves!
We forget to take brakes, to relax and to take care of our general well-being. We all know the effects of fatigue, burn-out and stress. Even a harmless cold can negatively affect our whole body including our thoughts and feelings. We feel exhausted and lack concentration which greatly influences our mood, our relationships and our mind.
We are most productive with a healthy body and an able mind. Mental Coaching in connection with Yoga, offers us a wide variety of possibilities to improve your overall health.
Yoga has four main paths: Jnana (knowlede), Karma (good deeds), Bhakti (dedicating your life to a higher power) & Raja (spiritual exercise). It paves a way out of suffering, leads to confidence and happiness and can help you reach your individual "enlightenment". Normally we start with physical exercises such as, asanas and pranayama, but these are only two of the eight steps on the path...
In the Mental Coaching I combine different technics like NLP, EFT and elements of Gestalt Therapy. It´s meant to help you form strategies to overcome emotional blockades and to become aware of learned behavioral patterns.
There is so much more to discover, nearly everything we are searching for has been sought in the past. So, we are not alone in our search for self-knowledge.
